Shipping
Shipping from Indonesia always comes with tracking.

I always try to ship orders in a timely manner!
Preorders may take anywhere from 2-6 months to complete production. Then please allow me a week to grade and pack!
In Hands will be shipped within the week or the next, depending when orders are placed!
I am NOT liable for lost mail. Once the package is scanned at the post office, it is up to them to deliver it safe and sound.
If your package is lost, please do not hesitate to contact me. Heres what I can do for you:
1) I can always ship a replacement depending on availability. Buyer will be responsible to repay the shipping fee.
2) If I do not have any replacements left, I can offer you a full refund minus the paypal fees and the shipping fee (as that has been paid to the post the first time it was dropped off).
If your order reaches to you heavily damaged due to transit, please do not hesitate to reach out as well. But please read my grading policies when purchasing.
International shipping time varies on the post and customs in both countries.
Address Changes
I do address changes! Drop buddying is absolutely ok! Please feel free to contact me at anytime if you have a change in your address.
Refunds
All sales are final and are non-refundable.
There will be no exceptions, other than if I am unable to fulfil your order.

Grading
Please do note I am not a very picky grader. All Preorders will receive the best I can possibly provide. Please just assume it is all mixed grade, A & B grades. No C Grades will be sent out.
Please remember these pins are all handmade and therefore there are no absolutely perfect pins, so none are flawless.
A Grades
The best of the batch, with only 1 or 2 minor flaws, mostly not visible unless you look really close. No Face Flaws.
B Grades
Has more visible flaws compared to A Grades. Flaws can be but not limited to slight overfull/underfill, slightly messy polishing, slightly messy prints, pricks, and scratches. Possible/Minor Face Flaws.
C Grades
Major flaws. Flaws can be but not limited to overfull/underfill, messy polishing, messy prints, wobbly/bent backposts, missing enamel, enamel miscolour, glitter specks, pricks, and large noticable scratches. Most likely visible Face Flaws.
P4Ps are ungraded, but I will take out any pins that have really visible flaws.

Sizing
You can find sizing charts at the last photo of the listing! Please be sure to order the right size that fits you because shirts are unfortunately non refundable.
However, if the shirt reaches to you and is either too big or too small, do not hesitate to reach out to me and we can work something out! I'm quite flexible haha.
